There is actually something I wanted to ask and never found the right time to ask in chatboxes.

Magic is fueled by life, which is my understanding. Though it's correct to imagine that means magicians can cast spells all day without stopping or is there like a limit? Do they overexert themselves from too much magic use? Or do they just suffer mental and physical tolls? I'm asking this since I'm trying to practice spell creation and wondering if its possible to hinder or stop others from using magic.

Never in the series has any hint of a mana limit been shown. Mana costs, so to speak, are a non-entity. In other words, unless you're doing something with a spell that involves mana hijinks specifically, you can ignore it for OOC spell creation. For in-universe spell creation, I imagine refining and optimizing the spell so that it can be used with a sustainable mana cost is a fundamental part of the process.

Regarding hindering or stopping others from using magic, that should be possible, yes. I think there's a few examples in the series already, though I can't recall which or where. As a matter of fact, that's probably actually the only context in which mana is relevant in the series: when weird shit and shenanigans are being done with it.
