Quick question to Misaka: How fast is Misaka's lightning? I've kind of always been confused about that because of how Touma was able to block it, and normally a person doesn't have the reflexes.

Just something that keeps bugging me -_-'

Uhhh... Isn't it the same speed as normal lightning? i.e. the speed of light? Which makes me a little confused about Natsumi's post... since Mikoto has already thrown her lightning bolt XD Natsumi must move super speed...?

From reading your post, I don't think the attack was directed at Natsumi, was it? I didn't make her dodge the attack, I made her move out of the scene after the attack to not get caught up in a cat fight between Mack, Mari and Mikoto while trying to hurry up the scene so she could leave.

Ah no, it's not directed at Natsumi. I think I just got a bit confused since Mack +Mari haven't made their move yet... =_= sorry, brain malfunctioning... haha

Oh, I had an idea. I'm not sure what would happen to Kaede next, but I think I have a way for her to be brought to hospital quickly after Mari and mack are forced to escape.

I have a member waiting outside the railyard, Kyou, who could be called by Mack to help, acting as a bystander who drove up to see if anyone was hurt after seeing the lightning.

Thoughts?

Kyou could be used as a good scapegoat. So I approve.

I originally made Natsumi move out after Mikoto's attack, but I guess it works out if it's before too with all that tense atmosphere, we'll be going with that. Now that Mari and Mack left, the next post will, hopefully, be Natsumi's last post on the 23rd.

But just to make sure of my future plan, can someone remind me who's in charge of NPCing the Sisters? I believe it was Guy and Misaka? Could be wrong though.

Sure, I think it would be a good idea to move onto the 24th at this point.

Right, so after talking with Guy, we both agreed that this is a good point to merge Radio Noise with Arc 3. As such, Radio Noise's thread will be closing to leave place for Arc 3 to start.

I also think this is a good occasion to redefine character-specific subplots so that Arc 3 won't become a mini-Radio Noise. However, as this is specific to only Haragi, Kerri and Sayuri's subplots, I sent a PM to the three of you.

Any other subplots that were not important to the story or whose member was not active/did not want to participate any more will be removed in order to properly start Arc 3 without cramping in characters for an apparition's sake.

Soo.... is Kerri going to post? ;___; Or are we going to leave a hole in the conclusion of this Arc?

Well, I don't think we're in any kind of urgent hurry to close off Radio Noise as we've just entered the sign-ups phase for Arc 3. However I'll still talk to Kerri about starting and finishing off the hospital scene quickly so we can move onto Arc 3. Sorry for the wait.
