@Meirin- sure that sounds very reasonable. The motivation behind Meirin’s actions is up to you to draw out during the rp. The list above is mostly meant to be about possible actions that the character could take. I’ve erased the “jealousy” part in Meirin’s section though!
The higher ups might still see Meirin as a “nuisance” because she would be “wasting” resources to their eyes (ie.clones). I imagine once they realise somebody is meddling, and find out exactly who… They might send people to eliminate Meirin. If that’s cool with you, that is :3

Well, I don’t really know yet, but that’s how I imagine it. But it’d be great to have others involved in the final showdown somehow as well. Although I’m not sure how it’d work out. Maybe you could have a talk with Guy?
I don’t really see it as completely awkward myself… I mean, Mikoto’s not really telling anyone about it anyway personally and Guy will find out later on once Arc 2 finishes up. As I've said, the ideas above are still very much open to change. We can discuss it further if you wish. (We still have a long long way to go until that point anyway!)
I’ve slotted in your plot points in haragi’s section. Your additional plot ideas should work pretty well. Let me know if you change your mind later. As I’ve said to Meirin above, the motivation behind your character’s actions is completely up to you to justify in your rp post. If Haragi had an unpleasant history with Accel that affects his emotions/judgements/actions, then you can mention that in your rp post. The above was well, supposed to be, just a list of possible actions the characters could take in the future plot line.
Btw, Kerri had some plot suggestions that involve Kaede and Haragi, and the rper’s about-to-be-introduced character Mari. I will pm you to discuss them in a few.

I realise a few of you may have a scene yet to finish off (Natumi and Sayuri?) but if you only have a few more posts left, it should be fine. If you have any objections to moving along with the timeline, please let me know. Otherwise, we'll be entering 23rd quite soon!

Meirin, where do you want to go with Accelerator in this scene? They could have a quick scuffle if you want. Otherwise she could tail him to his meeting with Kaede? I've not got much planned for him until the next experiment.

Kaede bumps into a sister on her way back to the Laboratory. By then she changes her mind about heading to the laboratory to ask Yoshikawa, and instead ask the sister.

Right, well the sister with the badge is currently back 'home' and as I say, there's no experiment happening so she probably wouldn't know where Accelerator is right now. Maybe Kaede could stop by the dormitory where the clones are staying and we can carry on from there?

Well I'm sold. If it keeps a character around to be useful later on when they'd otherwise be tossed aside then I'm all for it.

Also, I'm wondering, given the whole level 6 shift project being backed majorly by the city what would happen if someone tried to do something about it officially? They'd be painting a major target on their backs. I'm not sure who that might be, but it might be worth considering as a future plot thread.

By the way, has anyone heard from Meirin recently? He/she's not posted in a few days.

Um... well, Meirin's been waiting for you to post Accel. In fact, both of us have been. Her character was waiting for Accelerator to leave the apartment, which just happened, and right now Kerri's waiting for her to move. I'll PM her, and hopefully she'll respond soon.

As for doing something about the Level 6 Shift experiment officially, it depends on how it's done.

Alright ladies and gentlemen~ The Queen of Tokiwadai is present and accounted for.

Unfortunately, my popularity and ample bosom slowed me down, so I'm a bit late. The curse of maturity~ Ahahahaha!

Anyway, so you guys all know, here is the plan for Misaki Shokuhou, and also for Autumn the Mercenary.

Essentially, Misaki Shokuhou has heard the rumors of an experiment involving cloning Misaki Mikoto. Because reasons [spoiler, won't mention it here], she knows they are true. She wants to not just find out more (being who she is, she knows a great deal more than most, as always) but do some field investigation.

She has used Mental Out on an NPC Esper, and additionally hired - anonymously - a certain unusual mercenary. This way, she can reduce the effort required to investigate, and do her daily good deed of helping expose this unusual project. At least, she hopes she can.

Per Misaki's usual methods, no one will really know she is involved at all. Honestly, she wouldn't even have to rely on the outside help of the mercenary, but as certain chapters reveal she doesn't always just like to control or alter people without cause.

This is also a way to allow Autumn to participate. I will ask he start with a post, maybe going to a designated meeting place a contact told him to go to for the mission. I suppose he wouldn't actually have orders yet, with The Queen being as careful as she is to not get directly involved herself.

There is a possible opening with Sayuri as she's currently eating in a cafe within the school gardens; shes making alot of attention because she's wearing an odd uniform as it belongs to school from outside the school gardens.

If nothing happens then I'll likely have the students wander off.

Recap: Sayuri arrived in Academy City.. managed to get attacked and have a cafe destroyed and then left.. bumped into Mari and stayed the night with Mari where she entered a mirror world and ended up in the school gardens with Mari leaving her.

Sounds like you already have a plan in mind. I have added Shokuhou Misaki's section in the above summary post (with some basic ideas you've mentioned). Also is Autumnus going to join with you? (you guys could work "together"?)- I've also added in a section for him... for now.

Have a brief read through the IC radio thread/OOC summary post as much as you can, and feel free to jump in whenever you are comfortable. Feel free to pm me if you want to work on some ideas together.

Meirin, I was thinking that you and Accelerator could have a face off at the factory. I figured it could be a smelting plant or something where your character could have the advantage and try to take him out perhaps?

Just thinking of something for the both of us to do before the next plot point.

I want to clarify, are Accelerator and Meirin on 22nd or 23rd of July currently? (I'm kind of mixed up now, although I'm pretty sure everyone else has caught up to the 23rd...) If you guys want to do a face-off on 22nd night or 23rd morning/noon/arvo, I'm happy to stall Mikoto for longer in her current position (I'll just drag out some of my next posts :3 ). Once Mikoto starts really snooping around again into the night of 23rd, I guess we should start Accel's next fight with the sister, Guy?

Also, I know I've changed my mind about this a few times already... but now that some of the plot ideas have changed (with Mari stealing the Gekota badge and all), I'm thinking that the Sister to fight in the next experiment should probably be the one who met with Sayuri. It might work better with the current plot ideas at hand. If anyone has any problems with this, please let me know ^^
